Clean up Beach Haven: Project Placemaking
Taking place on Sun 23rd May 2010About this Event: The Birkenhead Northcote Youth Advisory Team encourages all eager youth volunteers to take part in this wonderful project of placemaking; making our area our area attractive and refreshing to the people who use it. This will also promote a community focus on issues that are of concern to us as we want to live in a friendly, clean and safe environment. We are going to wash dirty soffits, waterblast shop walls, do some minor painting, and just generally picking up rubbish and waving at people who pass by! So, join us in collectively helping our community and celebrate the positive contributions made by youths efforts.
