ARTiculate! Art-making marathon and exhibition.
Taking place on Sat 29th May 2010About this Event: Arts Therapy (NZ) Trust is holding a free creative event on Saturday 29 May as part of Youth Week 2010. This event involves a day of art making for whanau and families with their young people, and culminates in an exhibition of the works created. It is a kind of 10-hour art-making marathon where all the artworks get put up on the walls for friends, whanau and the community to come and see. For one night only! Come and create large family portraits, a visual family tree, or anything you like reflecting the Youth Week 2010 theme. The only catch is that you have to do it as a family, do it in one day and show it at the exhibition that night. ARTiculate! Art-making marathon and exhibition is all about communication, connection, creativity and whanau.
